I’m Maggie Caldwell, a long-time Aptos resident with roots in the community and deep knowledge of the area. I’m a freelance writer and photographer, and I became a notary because I have often needed a document notarized or a loan package signed. I understand the urgency of being able to meet with someone professional, flexible and prompt when you have business to take care of.
I am a California Notary Public and a Certified Loan Signing Agent. I completed loan signing agent trainings through both Notary Public Seminars and the National Notary Association and have been on the signing end of almost two dozen loan packages myself. As part of the process, I’ve been background checked by the State of California as well as a more intensive screening by Notary Public Background Check. You are in good hands with me!
